For over 30 years, FEMIA has designed and manufactured a complete range of vegetable processing equipment for canning, freezing and dehydrating plants, covering the following operations:
Reception of product at the factory
Cleaning (fan separators, destoners, washers, vibrating cleaners)
Size grading of peas, kidney beans
Size grading, snipping, and cutting of green beans
Trimming and size grading of various other vegetables
Blanching (water/steam) and cooling of all vegetables
Filling in cans or jars (vegetables and fruits)
Interconnecting equipment (vibrating conveyors, hydraulic elevators)
FEMIA is also in a position to undertake the study, layout and installation of complete preparation lines (capacity range: 1 to 20 tons per hour)
