The new Pulsarr POM/DYN length analyzer is going to change the way you carry out your Statistical Quality Control.  Its purpose is to generate length distributions from samples and it can either be positioned in the laboratory or on-line as a bypass system.

It is possible to measure 1 kg in one minute, but that's not all.  Its accuracy and ease of use is unrivaled by any other system on the market.  Due to sophisticated shape recognition software the system can also measure curved products (e.g. French fries)

Operation principle
The Pulsarr POM/DYN consists of an infeed section and a measurement section.  The infeed part singulates the products randomly onto a conveyor belt.  There's no need for the products to be directed lengthwise, because the state of the art image processing of the vision system can perform its measurements anyway.
