Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our efforts to service these machines using minimal parts, thereby minimizing environmental impact and conserving energy and natural resources.
We support processors in their sustainability goals by offering durable machinery that provides the highest yield recovery in the industry, reduces labor requirements, and promotes a cleaner processing environment.
Specific initiatives include:
Collaborating with customers to install pressure pumps and low water usage spray nozzles to maintain high cleaning standards with reduced water consumption.
Converting hydraulic-powered equipment to premium low-voltage electric motors to decrease oil usage, heat generation, and potential oil spills or product contamination.
Designing machines that incorporate recycled water and partnering with manufacturers of sieves, reclaim reels, and water separators to minimize total water usage in plants.
